"A lot of issues feel really overwhelming, particularly for us divers,” says Naeco founder, Bill Levey. “Once you have seen how beautiful the ocean really is, you feel like you have to protect it. It seems so obvious and easy, but the difficulty is getting people to understand."

Always a diver and ocean advocate, Levey first had the realization he needed to act after a dive trip three years ago in Southeast Asia where he became "very disheartened by the amount of trash in the water."

So, the Naeco bottle was born. It's a practical gift that you can feel good about giving, as the bottle itself comes in recyclable packaging with no plastic wrap used.
