It’s been 40 years since the first official All Star Liveaboards trip—Sea Explorer set out from Bimini in the Bahamas on June 2, 1979.
Today, All Star Liveaboards has expanded around the globe, with yachts exploring the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, the Philippines and Indonesia, where the new All Star Velocean is scheduled to set sail in 2020.
In honor of its 40th anniversary, All Star went deep into the archives to show off what it looked like to explore the seas via liveaboard over the past four decades.
Enjoy this trip down memory lane.
